Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee our retail store development and renovation projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, including cost planning and control, design concept development, procurement, construction integration, and project close-up administration. Your role will involve ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain project schedules, workflows, costing, and budgets.

• Execute projects according to plan, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

• Handle all necessary project documentation and reports.

• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors for materials and site arrangements to ensure progress and deadlines are met.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.

• Lead the project implementation team independently to drive successful project outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Project/Building Management.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management and development within the retail industry or similar

• Well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in design technology tools such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of design processes, regulations, and project implementation procedures.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments and stakeholders.

• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
