Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Mechanical / HVAC to join STAR SHINE Electromechanical Engineering and Building Technology Co., Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our mechanical and HVAC projects from installation through completion, including project coordination, site management, quality control and client communication. You will work closely with local contractors, technicians, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and meet the required standards.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is comfortable working both on-site and coordinating with different parties and enjoys solving problems as they arise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Electromechanical and HVAC projects from installation through completion and handover.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality and overall progress.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, technicians and suppliers.
• Visit project sites and follow up on installation, maintenance and repair work.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
• Ensure work complies with relevant Thai construction regulations and project standards.
• Coordinate project inspection, handover and related documentation.
• Support the initial coordination of after-sales and maintenance services.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients and project partners.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, HVAC or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Electromechanical/ HVAC project management, preferably in installation, maintenance or engineering projects.

• Candidates with strong Chinese language skills will be given priority.

• Thai candidates who are fluent in Chinese are especially encouraged to apply.

• Good understanding of HVAC systems and project site operations.

• Familiar with Thai construction regulations and relevant engineering standards.

• Able to coordinate and work effectively with local contractors, technicians and suppliers.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work at project sites and travel when required.

• PMP certification or relevant engineering/project management qualifications will be an advantage.
