Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and system integration projects covering enterprise networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved.

• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively.

• Manage project resources, implementation schedules, procurement, risk assessments, and project documentation.

• Support customer engagement, solution consulting, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system integration project management.

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, and data center technologies.

• Experience with enterprise solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Oracle, VMware by Broadcom, F5, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, NetApp, HPE, Dell Technologies, or equivalent.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, VMware, Check Point, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.

• Excellent communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Microsoft Project.

• Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

• ขับเคลื่อนการวางแผน การดำเนินงาน การติดตาม และการส่งมอบโครงการ พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าขอบเขตงาน กำหนดการ งบประมาณ คุณภาพ และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย

• ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายใน ผู้ขาย และลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคและปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

• บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรโครงการ กำหนดการดำเนินงาน การจัดซื้อ การประเมินความเสี่ยง และเอกสารประกอบโครงการ

• สนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมกับลูกค้า การให้คำปรึกษาด้านโซลูชัน การจัดทำข้อเสนอ และกิจกรรมก่อนการขายเมื่อจำเป็น

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การจัดการสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในการบริหารจัดการโครงการด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานไอทีหรือการบูรณาการระบบ

• มีความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับเครือข่ายระดับองค์กร ความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ เซิร์ฟเวอร์ พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล การจำลองเสมือน แพลตฟอร์มคลาวด์ และเทคโนโลยีศูนย์ข้อมูล

• มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานโซลูชันระดับองค์กรจากผู้จำหน่าย เช่น Cisco, Oracle, VMware by Broadcom, F5, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, NetApp, HPE, Dell Technologies หรือเทียบเท่า

• ใบรับรองวิชาชีพ เช่น PMP, CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, VMware, Check Point, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure หรือใบรับรองอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะเป็นประโยชน์

• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน การบริหารจัดการผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Microsoft Office รวมถึง Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio และ Microsoft Project

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญทั้งภาษาจีนกลางและภาษาอังกฤษ
