Role Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects. The role is responsible for project planning, stakeholder coordination, budget and timeline management, quality assurance, and successful delivery in accordance with governance and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, communication plans, and testing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage daily project activities.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and internal processes.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of IT experience , including 7 years of project management experience .
• Experience delivering SaaS implementation projects , preferably in procurement or enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, resource management, and change management practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Strong leadership, organisational, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work within governance, compliance, and operational frameworks.
• Experience in the financial services or banking sector is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
