We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating construction schedule activities seamlessly.
• Manage project budgets through accurate cost estimation, cost management strategies, and regular financial tracking using HeavyBid or comparable tools.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints reading, contracts, and specifications to ensure clarity and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate teams on-site and off-site, managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones efficiently.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local building codes.
• Utilize construction estimating tools like Civil 3D or Bluebeam for accurate planning and documentation purposes.
• Monitor progress through regular site visits, construction schedule coordination, and progress reports while managing risks proactively.
• Facilitate effective communication among all parties involved in the project to promote transparency and accountability.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, and regulatory compliance reports.

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work.
• Strong background in construction management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Bluebeam, ProCore or similar platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and perform detailed cost management using HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols, regulatory compliance, blueprint reading, and contract administration.
• Successful track record leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Familiarity with construction regulations governing infrastructure projects ensures seamless compliance throughout all phases of work.
• Excellent time management skills coupled with strong leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and productivity.

Pay: $79,635.66 - $95,905.31 per year
