Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager to run client-facing campaigns and operational rollouts from our Philadelphia office. This is a fully on-site role. You will be in the room with clients, in the room with your delivery team, and close enough to the work to catch problems before they become fires.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will own campaigns and operational programs from kickoff to close, keeping timelines, budgets, and client relationships in balance.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client campaigns and operational initiatives across concurrent workstreams
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, running status calls and executive check-ins
• Build project plans and delivery timelines, then hold the team and the client to them
• Coordinate internal resourcing across creative, strategy, analytics, and operations
• Manage scope, change orders, and budget tracking so surprises stay off the invoice
• Run post-campaign retrospectives and turn findings into repeatable playbooks
• Escalate risks early with a recommended path forward, not just a flag

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience managing client-facing projects across campaigns, marketing operations, or program delivery
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
• Ability to remain steady under pressure and confidently push back when scope creeps
• Experience with Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or Jira
• PMP or Agile certifications are welcome but not required
