Project Manager

MORSON EDGE is recruiting a Project Manager for a leading NSW construction contractor delivering a high-profile remediation project valued at $30M+.

This is an immediate requirement on a long-term contract with genuine temp-to-perm potential. The business has a strong pipeline of work and is actively building out its project delivery team.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role will suit a highly organised and process-driven Project Manager who enjoys managing the commercial and operational aspects of a project while working within an established delivery structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of a $30M+ remediation project from a project management perspective
• Oversee subcontractor engagement, performance and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain project registers, reporting systems and programme tracking tools
• Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance within a cost-plus delivery model
• Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Work alongside a Contract Administrator and Project Coordinator to support project delivery
• Provide regular reporting to the Senior Project Manager and wider leadership team

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering construction projects valued at $20M+
• Strong subcontractor management and project coordination experience
• Highly organised with excellent reporting and documentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence managing project registers and reporting systems
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project controls
• Experience with project management software and digital reporting platforms
• Remedial experience is essential
