Project Manager

Lead transformative water projects from concept to commissioning. We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager with deep expertise in biological wastewater treatment — including nitrogen removal, process design, and E&M engineering. You'll oversee design-and-build delivery, integrate SCADA/PLC and telemetry systems, and steer pilot plants, testing & commissioning, and O&M programs. Your role spans process characterization, troubleshooting, operator training, and full project lifecycle management.

Project & Technical Leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary teams (direct reports and project-based staff), setting clear objectives and delegating authority effectively.
• Manage design-and-build project delivery from concept through to testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare and approve design documents, technical proposals, and tender bids.
• Oversee pilot plant implementation, process evaluation, and system troubleshooting.

Commercial & Business Development

• Represent the company in marketing activities and initial business negotiations.
• Prepare and approve contract agreements, contract variations, and quotations.
• Develop and protect company intellectual property for external transmittal.

Financial & Procurement Control

• Prepare and approve outgoing invoices and payment applications.
• Initiate and negotiate vendor quotations; prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Verify and approve incoming invoices and payment requests, initiating the payment process for further administrative approval.
