With a strong pipeline in Wanaka, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of high-quality residential builds in one of New Zealand's most sought after locations. 

About the role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the full delivery of residential builds from pre-construction through to handover. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating trades, and maintaining programme, budget, and commercial awareness. 

Our builds are typically in the $800k - $2.5M+ range, requiring strong attention to detail, client management, and commercial awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of residential builds
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the build process
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and variations
• Ensure all projects meet H&S, compliance, and company standards
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

About you

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes and build sequencing
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets and margins
• Solutions-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ideally based in Wanaka (or open to relocating)
