Project Manager

Job Description :-

• Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Conduct meetings and coordinate closely with relevant departments, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies.
• Evaluate, select, and interview subcontractors based on project requirements.
• Attend meetings and maintain effective communication and correspondence with consultants and clients.
• Prepare and review tenders, quotations, estimates, and project costing.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and provide regular progress reports.
• Manage and control project budgets, costs, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and company quality standards.
• Implement and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) throughout project execution.
• Oversee site operations and fabrication activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements & skills :-

• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in mechanical and steel engineering, fabrication, and installation works.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to analyse, plan, coordinate, and oversee project and site/fabrication operations.
• Strong knowledge and experience in project costing, estimation, and tender preparation.
• Experience in fabrication quality assurance and quality control.
• Good project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
