PROJECT MANAGER

The role requires strong technical expertise in heavy equipment, hands-on workshop management experience, and leadership capabilities to ensure high equipment uptime, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workshop & Fleet Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of the workshop handling equipment.
• Ensure timely maintenance, diagnostics, and repair ,EV Tippers and Excavator and Wheel loader etc.
• Monitor equipment uptime, availability, and productivity.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

2. Project & Operational Oversight

• Lead and manage service-related projects across assigned locations.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure equipment readiness.
• Track KPIs such as turnaround time (TAT), breakdown frequency, and service efficiency.
• Optimize processes for improved cost efficiency and performance.

3. Technical Expertise

• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Special focus on electric vehicle systems, battery management, and control systems (for electric trucks).
• Ensure adherence to OEM standards and safety protocols.

4. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and supervise workshop staff including technicians, engineers, and supervisors.
• Allocate work assignments and monitor productivity.
• Conduct technical training and competency development programs.

5. Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service and maintenance.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Spare Parts, Warranty, etc.).
