  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Drive commercial awareness across your projects, supporting forecasting, cost control and change management.

You'll receive….

Because we value you.

We offer a competitive rewards package, including a Company Car scheme, Private Healthcare, Pension, Life Assurance cover, 25 days Annual Leave (and a day off for your birthday). You'll also have access to Hybrid working where possible, an enhanced Paternity & Maternity package and the opportunity to develop yourself personally and professionally.

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the UK's most significant rail infrastructure programmes, supported by a business that genuinely invests in its people, encourages career progression and promotes a culture of caring, integrity, quality, openness and continuous improvement.

About you….

You are a proactive and commercially aware Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys delivering infrastructure projects that make a real difference.

You'll be comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and have the confidence to engage with customers, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.

You'll have:

  • A strong engineering background within rail infrastructure.
  • Experience working within Network Rail or similar regulated rail environments.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams.
  • A commitment to safety, quality and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You'll bring….

Your wealth of experience and qualifications.

  • Experience delivering rail infrastructure projects through design and construction stages.
  • Knowledge of NEC4 contracts and project governance processes.
  • A strong understanding of railway access planning and delivery within operational railway environments.
  • Commercial awareness including forecasting, cost control, compensation events and change management.
  • Experience managing projects or portfolios valued up to £5m-£10m.
  • For the Stratford role, experience in Telecoms, SCADA, Electrical Control Systems or Operational Communications.
  • For the York role, experience in Electrification & Plant (E&P), power distribution or traction power systems.
  • Degree, HND, NVQ or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
