About the Role

Lhtako Zappone Resources (LZR) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects within the mining, forestry, construction, and resource sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish while ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position will also work closely with ownership to support strategic planning, business growth, client relationships, and the continued success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and client contracts.
• Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Develop project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare project reports, estimates, and documentation.
• Support business development and tender submissions.
• Work closely with ownership to support company operations, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of LZR.
• Work alongside with office admin.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mining, forestry, construction, and industrial operations.
• Experience managing labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
