Project Manager

Who you are

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within entertainment, media, or a marketing/creative environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive accountability and influence teams without direct authority
• Experience coordinating asset review and approval processes across internal teams and external partners
• Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar)
• Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a dynamic work environment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is a plus

What the job involves

• WEBTOON is becoming the home for Marvel and Disney comics — a new subscription app where fans read, collect, and stay connected to the stories and characters they love
• We're building the definitive destination for Marvel/Disney IP, and we're looking for a Project Manager to keep it on track
• This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is the connective tissue across the team — owning schedules, driving deliverables to completion, and making sure the right work is approved by the right people at the right time
• The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable being hands-on in a lean, fast-moving environment

• Own and maintain project schedules across marketing, creative, and partner workstreams — tracking milestones, dependencies, and deadlines, and flagging risks before they become problems
• Route creative and marketing assets through review and approval — coordinating feedback across internal stakeholders and Marvel/Disney partners, and tracking versions and sign-offs
• Drive deliverables to completion, holding internal teams, agencies, and partners accountable to timelines and keeping every workstream moving
• Run the operating rhythm of the team — organizing meetings, capturing action items, and following up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Serve as the central point of coordination across the team, staying on top of who owes what and proactively unblocking work as launch priorities shift
