Project Manager

We are looking for a organized, detail-oriented Graphic Design Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our creative design team, internal stakeholders, and external clients. You will oversee graphic design projects from initial intake to final delivery, ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for all design requests (digital, print, branding, marketing collateral, social media assets, etc.).
• Workflow & Capacity Management: Assign tasks to graphic designers, motion designers, and copywriters based on skill set and current team bandwidth.
• Timeline Tracking: Monitor day-to-day project progress using project management software to ensure deadliness are consistently met.
• Stakeholder & Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, intake requests, scope changes, and feedback loops.
• Quality & Brand Assurance: Review creative deliverables before stakeholder presentations to ensure they hit the brief requirements and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine creative intake forms, review processes, and asset handoff workflows to boost team efficiency.
• Asset & Resource Management: Maintain a well-organized digital asset management (DAM) system and coordinate with external vendors (printers, freelancers, agencies) as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative agency, design firm, or in-house marketing department.
• Tools & Software:
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or Jira).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (you don't need to be a designer, but you must speak the language).
• Experience with cloud file storage and digital asset management tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of design workflows, print production processes, digital asset formats, and web design basics.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating vague feedback into actionable design instructions.
• Organization: Incredible multitasking skills with the ability to manage 10+ active design projects concurrently without missing a detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
