What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- To collect and accumulate industrial information, analyze information, filter & generate data to support management for market strategy planning.
- Expand corporate sales: Hotel/ Soho/Apartment/Government/Developers and enterprise sector.
- To meet department objective, annual sales target and new customer development.
- Responsible for tender submission, tender interview, tender negotiation etc.
- Attend site meeting, site visit and site arrangement to develop new business opportunity, maintain good business relationship with existing customers.
- Prepare weekly report and monthly report.
- Monitor delivery and product installation.
- To conduct sales training to project sales team.
- Work closely with production, purchasing and logistic team, utilizerelationship to ensure schedule on track.
- Any other instructions given by superior as and when instructed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiar with AI tools and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
Similar industry will be an advantage.
