What they need
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage high-rise building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to handle projects from initiation to completion.
Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
- Monitor project progress, planning, and reporting
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with safety and UAE construction regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10+ years of construction experience
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects
- UAE experience is required
- Arabic speaking candidates preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
