The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead and deliver digital projects for a range of end clients. You’ll act as the primary client contact, understanding their challenges and turning them into clear project requirements. You’ll work closely with technical and creative teams to manage scope, timelines and quality, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital project delivery from discovery through to launch and post‑delivery support.
• Facilitate client interactions, gathering requirements and translating them into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage expectations and ensure project milestones are met.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in managing digital projects with direct client engagement.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation and translating client needs into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non‑technical audiences.
