• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning through implementation, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, issues and delivery milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors, while providing regular project updates and managing dependencies, risks and issues.
• Support vendor evaluation, selection, contracting and delivery governance activities, and manage vendor performance to ensure delivery quality and timelines.
• Support IT budget planning, budget tracking and project cost management activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into practical product requirements and solution proposals, and prioritize demands based on business value, feasibility and implementation considerations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes and digital solutions. Skills
• Strong experience in managing digital or technology projects throughout the full project lifecycle, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to manage changing priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Strong product thinking and business analysis capability, including requirement gathering, demand prioritization and solution evaluation.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical product requirements and solution proposals.
• Experience in vendor evaluation, vendor management, contract negotiation and project cost management activities.
• Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies, including AI and automation capabilities. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital Project Management or Product Management.
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, Collaboration, Convincing and Written Skill
• PMP or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
• Experience in real estate, smart building, IoT, facilities management or digital platform projects will be an advantage.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese will be an advantage.
