About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Thanes Development Co., Ltd. in our Chatuchak Bangkok office on a full-time basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex engineering projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind project success, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and implementing best practices in project management across our portfolio of engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables whilst ensuring adherence to project budgets and resource allocation
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and specialists to execute project objectives effectively
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project momentum
• Managing stakeholder communication and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal management throughout the project lifecycle
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation including reports, specifications, and technical drawings
• Conducting regular project reviews and status meetings to track performance against established key performance indicators
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all project activities
• Managing project budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to optimise cost efficiency
• Implementing quality assurance procedures and conducting inspections to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within the Engineering, with a major of Mechanical, Industrial.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase engineering projects

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai languages

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
