Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage residential villa projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and identify potential issues for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (e.g., architecture).
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD software for designing villas and townships.
- Experience in managing large-scale residential projects such as Villas or Rowhouse Projects.
