Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Deal Closing: Meet with new and existing clients, visit job sites for measurements, deliver pricing proposals, and guide customers through their options to close deals and hit revenue goals
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Serve as the main point of contact from kickoff to completion, managing multiple project timelines simultaneously and resolving issues as they arise
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with design, permitting, production, and installation crews to keep all project workflows moving smoothly
• Quality Assurance & Communication: Keep clients informed throughout the process and inspect final products to ensure they meet quality expectations
• Operations & Systems: Utilize CRM and project management apps, and look for ways to make our process more efficient

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in project management or sales (sign industry experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors
• Exceptional customer service and consultation skills
• A sense of humor
• Willingness to learn new technologies, skills, and techniques
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
