Requirements
MSc in Architecture/QS/E&M/Planning or a related discipline, with solid working experience in property development projects
Managed previously mixed-use development projects from planning to completion in Hong Kong and China
Ability to manage and liaison with consultancy teams and relevant government parties
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsbibilities
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
