Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and completion

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Marketing, Compliance, Payments, CRM, and Operations

• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, implementing mitigation plans where necessary

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and drive accountability across stakeholders

• Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution

• Provide regular status reports and executive-level updates to senior management

• Ensure project documentation is maintained, organized, and audit-ready

• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar role

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar

• Experience within Financial Services, Fintech, Forex, or Payments industries will be considered an advantage
