Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from project initiation to final completion and handover.
• Study project drawings, BOQs, specifications, work orders, and client requirements.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, execution plans, and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Supervise and guide Site Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and other project staff.
• Ensure proper execution of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Pump Room, and Fire Protection Systems.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per the approved schedule.
• Plan manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required at the project site.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores teams for timely availability of project materials.
• Monitor project costs and ensure execution remains within the approved budget.
• Identify project delays, technical issues, and risks and take corrective action.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain project progress reports.
• Coordinate with the client/consultant for inspections, approvals, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Review and approve site measurements, work progress, and material requirements.
• Prepare and maintain MIR, WIR, DPR, progress reports, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate for testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover of projects.
• Ensure timely submission of completion documents, as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documents.
• Support the commercial team in billing, variation orders, extra work, and client approvals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
