Project Manager – Concrete Construction

Rhino Concrete is looking for a reliable, organized Project Manager to oversee residential concrete projects from the time they are sold through final completion.

This is a hands-on, field-based position. You will be responsible for making sure each project is properly coordinated, the crew understands the scope of work, quality standards are being followed, and the project stays on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential concrete projects from handoff through completion
• Coordinate with subcontractor crews and make sure they understand the project scope
• Be present on jobsites and oversee preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
• Perform quality-control checks throughout each project
• Identify and address jobsite issues before they become larger problems
• Keep projects organized and moving according to plan
• Communicate important project updates and issues internally
• Take jobsite progress, before-and-after, and completion photos/videos
• Capture drone footage/content when required
• Make sure the finished project meets Rhino Concrete’s quality standards
• Complete a final walkthrough and make sure the project is ready to be closed out

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and doesn’t need to be constantly supervised.

The right person is dependable, communicates well, is comfortable managing construction crews, notices details, solves problems quickly, and can represent Rhino Concrete professionally on a customer’s property.

Previous construction experience is strongly preferred. Concrete experience and previous experience managing crews or subcontractors are major advantages.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to jobsites are required.

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
