Project Manager

This is a Project Manager role for horizontal development and civil infrastructure projects. You will oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and coordination through to completion, managing budgets, contracts, construction supervision, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
• Define scope of work and deliverables
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and government authorities
• Secure permits and approvals
• Prepare cost estimates and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor project expenditures and control variations and change orders
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee daily site activities and ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
• Conduct site inspections and coordination meetings

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Licensed Civil Engineer (CE)
• Minimum 5-8 years in horizontal development or civil infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing earthworks, roads, drainage, water/sewer, and utilities
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and contract management
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction material testing standards
• Understanding of HSE standards, regulations, and environmental compliance
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
