Project Manager

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Electrical to manage and execute MSEDCL/MSEB electrical infrastructure and utility shifting projects.
• Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end execution of MSEB/MSEDCL utility shifting and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Manage HT/LT line works, DTC shifting, transformer erection, cable laying, and related electrical activities.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with MSEDCL officials for approvals, shutdowns, inspections, testing, and clearances.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, contractors, and labour teams.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare project progress reports.
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at site.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Store, Planning, and Accounts departments.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and MSEDCL requirements.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption, and resource utilization.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, DPR, MIS, work progress reports, and completion records.
• Candidate Requirements
• Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 710 years of experience in Electrical Project Execution.
• Experience in MSEDCL/MSEB projects, utility shifting, HT/LT lines, DTC, transformers, and electrical infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, manpower management, and client coordination.
• Experience in handling multiple project sites will be an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, ERP/Odoo, and project reporting will be preferred.
