About Reel25
Reel25 is a short-form video intelligence platform for agencies, brands, and founders. Customers add public TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts accounts or videos by URL, then use one dashboard to track performance, compare creators, spot emerging patterns, and understand which content converts.
The product works across individual videos and thousands of accounts, with recurring metric refreshes, analytics, AI-assisted niche research, and tools that turn proven patterns into new scripts.
The opportunity
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to help Reel25 plan and deliver product, integration, and platform initiatives with clarity. You will coordinate work across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders while keeping scope, risks, decisions, and dependencies visible.
We are open to candidates from project management, technical program management, delivery, implementation, or product-operations backgrounds and will calibrate scope to experience.
This is a delivery role; coding experience is not required. You should be comfortable discussing these systems with engineers and turning technical work into clear plans, decisions, risks, and stakeholder updates.
What you'll own
- Turn product and technical goals into clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate releases spanning frontend, backend, data workflows, integrations, infrastructure, and customer communication.
- Run lightweight planning, status, risk, and retrospective processes that help teams move faster.
- Identify blockers early, drive decisions to closure, and escalate with useful options.
- Maintain a reliable source of truth for priorities, delivery health, scope changes, and outstanding decisions.
- Partner with engineering leads on capacity, technical dependencies, reliability work, and release readiness.
- Coordinate incident follow-ups and ensure agreed actions are completed.
- Improve delivery metrics and team workflows without unnecessary ceremony.
What success looks like
- Teams understand priorities, ownership, dependencies, and the definition of done.
- Risks and scope changes are visible early enough to support good decisions.
- Releases become smaller, more predictable, and easier to communicate.
- Cross-functional meetings produce decisions and actions.
- Stakeholders receive concise, evidence-based updates they can trust.
What we're looking for
- Experience helping deliver software, SaaS, data, integration, implementation, or comparable technical projects.
- Understanding of how product, frontend, backend, data, QA, and infrastructure work connect.
- Ability to organize multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Clear written communication, facilitation, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Comfort discussing APIs, data workflows, cloud systems, testing, releases, and incidents with engineers.
- A pragmatic approach to Agile practices and process.
We do not require a particular degree, a fixed number of years, or a perfect match to every bullet. If you can demonstrate the core capabilities and are ready to learn the rest, we encourage you to apply.
Helpful extras
- Analytics products, AI-enabled SaaS, social-platform integrations, or subscription products.
- Scrum, Kanban, PMI, PRINCE2, or similar training; certification is not required.
- Privacy, security, compliance, vendor review, or incident follow-up.
- Experience in a fast-moving product environment.
Why join
- Work at the intersection of creator marketing, social data, analytics, and applied AI.
- Help customers replace manual spreadsheets and hours of scrolling with reliable product workflows.
- Influence a fast-moving SaaS product used by agencies, brands, and founders.
- Solve meaningful scale, data-quality, and user-experience problems across multiple social platforms.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
