Position: Project Manager (MEP)

About the role

Take overall responsibility for planning, executing, controlling, and completing MEP projects. Manage Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) projects for non-residential buildings and related construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control project schedules, budgets, costs, manpower, materials, and resources
• Coordinate with Owners, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and internal engineering teams
• Review MEP drawings, electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications, BOQ, contracts, method statements, and construction schedules
• Monitor and control MEP construction progress to ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule, quality standards, and project requirements
• Control project costs, including variations, claims, procurement, and material requirements
• Lead project meetings and report project progress, issues, and proposed solutions to management and clients
• Coordinate between Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, and Architectural teams to ensure smooth MEP project execution
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during construction
• Supervise MEP subcontractors and project teams to ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and required standards
• Oversee testing, commissioning, defect rectification, and project handover through to project completion

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering field
• 7–10+ years of experience in MEP Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or MEP Construction
• Experience managing MEP projects for non-residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, or construction projects
• Strong understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems with the ability to coordinate multiple engineering disciplines
• Proven experience managing projects from commencement through testing, commissioning, and handover
• Strong knowledge of MEP planning, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management, and contract administration
• Professional Engineering License (สามัญวิศวกร) is mandatory
• Good command of English
• Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
