What they need
- Plan, manage, and monitor the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, site teams, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and project requirements, including authority submissions and approvals.
- Monitor project progress, site safety, quality, and risk management throughout the project.
- Lead regular project and site meetings, and resolve technical, contractual, or coordination issues promptly. Review and approve technical documents, design drawings, construction plans, and value engineering proposals.
- Prepare and present regular project progress reports and updates to Management.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, contracts, and variation orders.
- Ensure successful project completion, commissioning, and handover in accordance with project requirements.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
