Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and professional Project Manager / Coordinator to join us!

Job Duties:

* Responsible for overall project administration, schedule control, resource management, and reporting

* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among animation production, product design, exhibition, and marketing/promotional teams

* Follow up on project execution and deliverables with vendors and business partners

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Communications, Film/New Media, Marketing, Design, or related disciplines

* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, event coordination, media production, or a related field

* Proven track record in planning and coordinating cultural and creative projects (e.g., animation production, exhibitions, cultural product development, etc.)

* Experience collaborating with designers, animation production teams, and marketing departments

* Familiar with project management workflows, with strong skills in time management and resource allocation

* Strong capability in drafting project reports, editing/proofreading, and cross-departmental coordination

* Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
