Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets. The role will involve coordination with internal teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and track actual spend against approved budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders and management.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure clear ownership of project activities.
• Track resource requirements and utilization.
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets through appropriate approvals.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
• Conduct periodic project performance and budget reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, minutes, action items, and status reports.
• Escalate major risks, delays, and budget variances to management.
• Conduct project closure reviews and document lessons learned.
