Project Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Guidewire Project Manager to drive insurance system transformation initiatives in Japan, with a primary focus on claims, policy, and other core P&C insurance domains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guidewire implementation projects end-to-end, from initial planning through final delivery
• Liaise with business stakeholders, IT departments, vendors, and global/offshore teams
• Own project scope, timelines, risk and issue tracking, dependencies, and budget management
• Run project meetings and deliver ongoing status reporting
• Assist with requirements gathering, testing, release management, and delivery execution
• Ensure all deliverables align with business needs and meet quality benchmarks

Required Skills

• Background in project management within insurance, financial services, or IT consulting
• Guidewire expertise a plus — particularly ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter
• Solid grasp of P&C insurance workflows, especially claims and policy processes
• Track record managing system implementation or application development initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
• Japanese language proficiency required; English proficiency a plus
