In this role, you will take full ownership of projects for the Chinese market—covering the entire lifecycle from concept and system design through series production, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align expectations, manage project performance, and ensure successful delivery with high quality. 1. 项目规划与启动 主导项目规划与组建，确保与业务目标一致 明确项目范围、目标、可交付成果及成功标准 制定详细的项目计划，包括时间表、资源分配和预算框架 识别关键里程碑、依赖关系及关键路径

• Project Planning & Initiation Lead project planning and setup to ensure alignment with business objectives Define and clarify project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget frameworks Identify key milestones, dependencies, and critical paths 2. 项目执行与监控 协调并指导项目团队成员，明确分工与职责 使用适当管理工具跟踪项目进度与交付物 监控预算使用与资源分配，根据需要动态调整以保持效率 在项目各阶段确保质量保证 主动识别、评估并管理项目风险与问题 实施变更控制流程及干预措施，确保项目按计划推进
• Project Execution & Monitoring Coordinate and guide project team members, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities Track project progress and deliverables using appropriate management tools Monitor budget utilization and resource allocation, adjusting as needed to maintain efficiency Ensure quality assurance throughout all project phases Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues Implement change control processes and interventions to keep projects on track 3. 利益相关方沟通与汇报 持续监控项目进展，定期向所有利益相关方提供透明更新 准备并提交结构化报告，说明项目状态、风险、问题及解决方案 促进内部团队、客户及外部合作伙伴之间的协调对齐
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Continuously monitor progress and provide regular, transparent updates to all stakeholders Prepare and present structured reports on project status, risks, problems, and resolution plans Facilitate alignment between internal teams, customers, and external partners 4. 项目验收与收尾 主导项目验收流程，包括组织评审会议及准备所需文件 协调多方签字确认，确保最终验收报告妥善封存归档 开展项目后评估与绩效考核，对照初始目标进行复盘 推动验收及收尾工作流程的持续改进
• Project Acceptance & Closure Lead the project acceptance process, including organizing review meetings and preparing required documentation Coordinate multi-party sign-offs and ensure final acceptance reports are properly sealed and archived Conduct post-project evaluations and performance assessments against initial goals Drive continuous improvement of the acceptance and closure workflow 5. 商务与财务支持 配合运营与销售团队，支持发票开具及应收账款管理 提醒客户及内部相关人员及时开票，并跟进客户按时付款 确保项目财务表现与公司营收目标一致
• Commercial & Financial Support Support invoicing and accounts receivable processes in coordination with Operations and Sales teams Remind customers and internal stakeholders of invoice issuance and follow up on timely payment collection Align project financial performance with company revenue targets 任职要求 项目管理、工程、商务或相关专业本科及以上学历 具备项目管理的扎实理论基础与实践经验 熟悉项目管理方法论及工具 具有直接的项目管理实战经验，汽车、嵌入式系统或科技行业优先 具备战略规划与风险管理的成熟经验 熟练使用项目管理软件及 MS Office 办公套件 英语流利（书面与口语） Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field Solid understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Proven hands-on project management experience, ideally in automotive, embedded systems, or tech industries Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and risk management Advanced user of project management software and MS Office suite Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus
