About the role

Plan, control, and manage event projects, concerts, and various initiatives from start to finish. Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage event projects, concerts, and various initiatives from start to finish
• Oversee overall project delivery to ensure alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Analyze client requirements and needs, particularly from government agencies, to develop project implementation guidelines
• Coordinate with clients, government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and production, creative, content, marketing, and related teams
• Prepare project plans, timelines, action plans, and monitor progress across all work areas
• Control project execution according to TOR, scope of work, and project conditions
• Manage risks and issues that arise during project implementation and propose appropriate solutions
• Control project budget and expenses, and coordinate procurement and supplier management
• Prepare on-site work and oversee event day execution according to plan
• Summarize project results, prepare reports, and complete related documentation after project completion

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Event Management, Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Event Management, Concert, Exhibition, or Activation
• Understanding of government project TOR, scope of work, and requirements
• Project management and multi-project management skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Coordination and communication skills with diverse clients, suppliers, and teams
• Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Digital Content, and Digital Technology
• Ability to apply Digital Technology to event work and create participant experiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Presentation and client pitching capability
