Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

·     Oversee the projects from inception to completion.

·     To assist Departmental Manager in project planning, budgeting and identification of resources needed.

·     To assist Departmental Manager in project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project including procurement and wastage management.

·     To assist Departmental Manager to ensure that construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule and make revisions as and when need arises.

·     To assist Departmental Manager to co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the projects which include sub-contractors and suppliers.

·     To assist Departmental Manager in guiding construction and QAQC team in term of planning, monitoring and reporting.

·     To monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with project team members.

·     To maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.

·     To ensure project documents are complete.

·     To review & implementing written procedures according to Quality Management System.

·     To lead marketing & sales division & report to higher management monthly.

·     To perform properties management by liaising with landowners, Land & Survey Department & local authorities.

·     To perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Departmental Manager.
