Project Manager

PT Revo Solusindo is an IT Solution Provider specializing in Cybersecurity, Enterprise Networking, and Integrated Cabling Systems. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our Technology team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource plans to ensure projects run according to schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, scope, budget, and quality to meet agreed targets.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and documentation for management and clients.
• Ensure proper project handover, documentation, and project closing.
• Work closely with Sales/BDM, Presales, Engineers, and other departments throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, preferably in IT, System Integrator, Networking, or Technology.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling networking, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cabling projects is a strong advantage.
• Project Management Certifications are a plus.
• Willing to travel for project assignments when required.
