Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and objectives.
• Estimate the resources required to achieve project objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Delegate project tasks based on project team members' strengths, skill sets, and proficiency levels.
• Monitors and report on project progress and performance.
• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution.
• Proactively manage project risks.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth project execution.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills.
• Perform other project related duties as assigned.

Requirements:​

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology or equivalent.
• A thorough understanding of the organization’s business processes, IT operations, and the system implementation lifecycle.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solution delivery or system integration, with at least 3 years in the role of Project Manager.
• Knowledge in Contact Center / Customer Experience technologies is a plus.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Solid IT technical background.
• Experience in technical solution delivery / development is a plus.
• Able to work under pressure; self-motivated and well-organized.
• Strong organizational skills in an enterprise environment are a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Hands-on experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong team player.  Good negotiation skills, conflict management skills, collaborative skills, and  critical thinking.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of completing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken English & Cantonese.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
