Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional marketing projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, trackers, documentation, action items, and decision logs.
• Drive alignment and execution across marketing, product, engineering, creative, media, growth, and business teams.
• Lead status meetings, executive updates, project readouts, and annual or quarterly marketing planning and forecasting.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, blockers, scope changes, and process improvement opportunities while maintaining stakeholder momentum.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management, or an equivalent background.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong project planning, organization, task management, prioritization, and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Workfront, Wrike, Quip, OmniPlan, or similar; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
