Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multiple civil and electrical projects. S/he will manage projects from mobilization to demobilization stage, controls resources in project execution.

Job Descriptions:

• Leads the review and implementation of budgets, detailed schedules, work plans and manpower projections.
• Manages workload allocation to ensure efficient coordination among construction superintendents, project execution engineers, and other site personnel.
• Ensures that project is compliant with quality and safety standards, permits, licenses, and other statutory requirements.
• Reviews the capabilities and performance of partner suppliers and/or subcontractors.
• Provides the technical expertise to ensure the compliance of work regarding engineering standards.
• Monitors scheduling of deliveries of major equipment concerning site readiness.
• Conducts final inspection prior to energization and initiates demobilization.
• Mentors’ construction team and ensures the harmonious working relationship of all workers in the project.
• Checks and approves risk assessment and construction methodology.
• Monitors and ensures monthly progress billings on all projects, work hours and workload of all projects being handled and activities during FAT and SAT.

Education, Licenses and Certificates:

·       Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in any Engineering course or equivalent

·       Preferably Licensed Engineer

·       Minimum 8 years of work experience in construction or any related industry.
