What they need
- Leading a team of staff for overall management of maintenance work, MBIS/MWIS, renovation & A&A projects, including survey, government submission, tendering and project management.
- Be a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Building Surveying Division, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience, 5 years' post-qualification is preferred.
- Self-initiated & willing to learn.
