Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor electrical engineering projects in accordance with approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submissions.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, procurement coordination, construction activities, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports, schedules, and progress updates.
• Manage project costs, variations, change orders, and commercial requirements.
• Ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
• Identify technical issues, project risks, delays, and potential cost impacts, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical engineering and site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, testing procedures, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Conduct project meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical and construction issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and health and safety requirements.
• Support project closeout, including documentation, punch-list completion, testing records, warranties, and final handover.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
