Project Manager

Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through completion within agreed scope, timeline, and budget. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issue, and implement corrective actions. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Manage project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates. Track budgets, resources, and project performance. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management. Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders. Support continuous improvement and implement lessons learned from completed projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

(preferable female) and based in Jeddah. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3 5 years of relevant project management experience . Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred. Strong planning, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Experience with project management tools such as MS Projector similar. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
