Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple complex client projects and ensure successful project delivery from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive continuous improvements in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex client projects, including multi-module customizations for 3–4 clients.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Mentor and guide Associate Project Managers and Trainee Project Managers.
• Manage project escalations and maintain strong client relationships in collaboration with Technical Leads and Managers.
• Report project progress, risks, issues, and key updates to the Delivery Manager.
• Collaborate with the PMO to ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management.
• Advanced project management skills with PMP certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in the Banking or FinTech industry is an advantage.
