Project Manager

Plan and coordinate project operations and identify the required resources and materials. Manage and direct the project team and develop training and development strategies. Achieve the defined project objectives, manage risks, and control costs and quality. Prepare periodic reports and statistical analyses to evaluate project performance and implement the necessary improvements.

Project Planning: The Project Manager defines the project objectives, plans the tasks required to achieve them, identifies the resources needed to complete the project, and establishes a timeline for project completion. Risk Analysis: The Project Manager analyzes potential risks that may affect the project, develops mitigation plans to minimize their impact, and ensures project continuity. Team Coordination: The Project Manager oversees the daily operations of the various project teams and ensures effective coordination among them to maintain the project schedule and objectives. Progress Monitoring: The Project Manager monitors project progress, ensures that objectives are achieved within the specified timeframe, and provides reports to the office s clients. Communication: The Project Manager is responsible for communicating with clients, partners, and project teams, and works to resolve any issues that arise during project execution. Budget Management: The Project Manager monitors the project s allocated budget, manages costs within the approved budget, and ensures that the client receives the best possible value. Quality Management: The Project Manager ensures that the project is executed in accordance with international quality standards and works to improve processes when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture
• 15+ years of experience
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Extensive knowledge of engineering, design, construction, and maintenance concepts and principles.
• Ability to manage the team, direct operations, take responsibility, and make sound decisions to ensure the successful execution of the project.
• Ability to plan and organize, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of the project s defined objectives.
• Ability to coordinate with various technical teams and project-related stakeholders, and communicate effectively with clients and partners.
• Knowledge of cloud computing tools and technologies, engineering software, and 3D design, with the ability to use them efficiently.
• Ability to analyze and think critically to solve various project-related problems, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and verify quality.
• Commitment to timelines and deadlines, and ensuring the project is delivered on time in accordance with the specifications, requirements, and budget.
