Project Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the overall execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that construction works are carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Monitor project costs and help control expenses within the approved budget.
• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings.
• Identify project issues, delays, and risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and approve project reports, progress reports, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Site teams to resolve technical and construction concerns.
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide regular updates to management and the client regarding project status.
• Ensure proper documentation and close-out of completed projects.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer.
• With relevant experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and cost control.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling software.
