Project Manager

1. Manage complete project lifecycle from mobilization to final handover.
2. Prepare project schedules, material procurement plans, and manpower allocation.
3. Coordinate closely with UAE-based consultants, contractors, and clients.
4. Review shop drawings, technical details, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
5. Monitor joinery production in the factory and ensure timely dispatch to site.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
7. Manage subcontractors and suppliers according to UAE project norms.
8. Control project costs, variations, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
9. Prepare weekly progress reports for management and clients.
10. Lead snagging, final inspections, and ensure smooth project close-out.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
2. 6–8 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit‑out project management.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and fit‑out standards.
4. Proven experience handling multiple projects and large teams.
5. Strong technical understanding of joinery materials, production, and installation.
6. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
