Project Manager

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to support various IT project requirements covering infrastructure, RPA/automation, ERP, enterprise systems, cloud migration, data, finance systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, reporting, deployment, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, technical SMEs, and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID/risk logs, status reports, action items, and governance updates.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, escalations, and delivery blockers.
• Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ensure timely project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

Relevant Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:

• Infrastructure projects such as server, network, data center, security, cloud, or migration initiatives
• RPA or automation projects using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar tools
• ERP, CRM, finance systems, or enterprise application implementation/migration such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Cloud transformation or migration projects involving AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Data, analytics, finance systems, data migration, reporting, or BI-related projects
• Agile digital delivery, APIs, mobile/web applications, SQL, full-stack technologies, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or Tableau

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Management, or related course.
• At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience; senior roles may require at least 8 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, project governance, risk and issue management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, ITIL, or related certifications are an advantage.
• Must be able to clearly explain actual project ownership, technologies involved, risks handled, and project outcomes.
