Project Manager

Main responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control the different phases of construction projects. Establish and monitor project schedules. Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor work progress and ensure deadlines are met. Manage risks and problems encountered on construction sites. Analyze plans and technical documents. Ensure work complies with construction standards and applicable regulations. Propose technical solutions and optimize construction choices. Monitor work progress and the quality of completed work. Supervise construction teams. Distribute tasks and evaluate employee performance. Ensure safety on construction sites and enforce safety rules.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required skills: Excellent knowledge of construction techniques and materials. Mastery of construction standards and current regulations. Proficiency in project planning and monitoring tools (MS Project, etc.). Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, etc.). Ability to lead teams. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Rigor and organization. Desired profile: Education: Engineering degree in civil engineering or equivalent. Experience: Significant experience in managing real estate construction projects (at least 5 years).
